On Seeking Assistance

Do not worry or fear—all is well. As you seek your own calm, the pieces will all fall into place. Let calm always be your first priority. We will continue to smooth the way, as each of you ask. You are correct when you believe that the path will be made clear.

Your is to care for, and to love yourself every moment of the day. As you do so, your ability to communicate with us will become easier. Gentle, loving thoughts of yourself and others will always brings us in, drawing us nearer. The energy of love is true key that fits all locks, dissolving any perceived blocks or barriers. All you ‘need’ to do, is to BE that which you already are.
Seek ease and grace throughout your day, even as you contend with the density of your 3D world. Allow each inhaled breath to lift you up, and lighten your load.
Humans were never meant to take on the role of ants—although the exercise of cooperation would benefit all. (Gentle sounds of laughter) So very many of you feel alone, even though there are countless beings here, ready to support you. Many of you embrace the concept of autonomy, until you feel overwhelmed by life. We encourage you to blaze your own path through life, and to seek guidance when that path becomes unclear.
For some, humility and the act of humbling yourself prevents you from seeking out our assistance. For others, it’s the flip side of the coin, believing that help will never come—because your belief is that nothing exists beyond the Earth plane. We often see humans falling victim to their own egos, propping up their fears by self-inflating their existence and individual beliefs. To which we say, “Yes, you are important, valued and greatly loved—but you must also remember why you are here, in order to have the proper context for your existence. Without that knowledge, your life and your purpose for incarnation remains hidden, incomplete. Humanity is still very young in its evolutionary cycle. We recognize this, and are here to assist you as you raise yourselves up by your own bootstraps, and climb these evolutionary steps. Just as humans cannot expect their infant child to take care of itself from the moment it’s born, we too, are here to help you with your first steps. To not do so would be unthinkable. We also recognize one specific caveat. You have been gifted with self-determination—meaning you have the opportunity to choose your own evolutionary path. As such, you must call upon us for our presence.
(Humorously)—As one of your beloved musicians said, “We can sing it nice and easy…or we can sing it nice and rough.” Many of you are not content, or perhaps not ready to accept the moment of grace and ease that we can offer. You all have your chosen contracts to fulfill, creating even greater complexity in your already highly differentiated lives filled with emotion.
Even now, we see how many of you eagerly say “I can do this” before becoming incarnated, and then surprised, often overwhelmed by the tasks you set forth to experience.
Dear Ones, when you feel daunted by the challenges of your 3D existence, please call on us. You honor us by asking for help. You, in turn, strengthen the fabric of your human community when our support radiates through you. Let this be your gift to humanity, showing and sharing the love that radiates throughout the Universe, and is available for all.
Your human body and brain struggle with the integration now, but it will happen. You have always known that you were special. This remains true still—but we ask you to step up and fully accept the origin of your being. This incarnation, and all of your incarnations, are roles you play, disguising the fullness of your being. It is time to cast aside the disguises, and reveal the higher being within.

If lower energies begin to surface, use your breath to rise back up. You are ready to live and act from your highest self. Accept what I/we say, and you will have help. Remember, letting go is much easier than holding on—whether that be holding on to painful memories, or the desire for controlling outcomes.
You were created out of love, to express joy. Let that be your focus, this day and every day hereafter.
We have been with you always, guiding you and supporting you, as you have asked. Our love for you has no bounds. Draw that in with every breath you take.
