Before stepping into this work, I spent decades as a classically trained violinist, performing across the United States and Europe. Music was my language, and solitude my comfort. As a child, I found peace in quiet moments, lost in books and daydreams. The life of a professional violinist, with hours of daily practice alone, felt like a natural fit.
